Salaar vs Dunki: Shah Rukh Khan is currently reigning supreme in the hearts of audiences with his recent releases, ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Jawan.’ Now, all eyes are on his upcoming film ‘Dunki,’ which is anticipated to be another blockbuster.

However, the road to success this time might not be a smooth one, as Prabhas’ much-anticipated movie ‘Salaar’ is also scheduled for release during the Christmas season.

According to credible reports, the makers of ‘Salaar’ are contemplating a Christmas release, with an official announcement expected towards the end of September 2023. Renowned trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared this news on social media, stating, “Yes, it’s true… SRK Vs Prabhas, Dunki Vs Salaar this Christmas… The exhibitors have received a mail stating that #Salaar will arrive THIS CHRISTMAS [on 22 Dec 2023]… An official announcement by the producers, #HombaleFilms, will be made on Friday [29 Sept 2023].”

Directed by Prashanth Neel, ‘Salaar’ was initially slated for release on September 28. However, the film’s producers have yet to issue an official statement regarding the new release date. While fans eagerly await this announcement, various speculations are circulating online, suggesting that the delay might be attributed to the extensive VFX work required to perfect the film.
