Vistara, India’s premier full-service carrier, in collaboration with the Tata group and Singapore Airlines, has initiated the offering of complimentary Wi-Fi internet connectivity on its international flights. This service, available on Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner and Airbus A321neo aircraft, is exclusively provided to all members of its loyalty program, Club Vistara.

Remarkably, Vistara is the first Indian airline to offer free unlimited Wi-Fi to passengers during their flights. The complimentary Wi-Fi service is extended to all Club Vistara members, irrespective of their membership tier, accumulated points, or tenure of membership. Importantly, enrollment in Club Vistara comes at no cost.

The offering encompasses unlimited data, ideal for messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger, iMessage, and similar services for all Club Vistara members. Additionally, Platinum members and Business Class customers receive an extra 50MB of data, facilitating web browsing, social media engagement, and staying connected through messaging and email services. Platinum members need to activate the 50MB surf package before enabling the unlimited messaging service to enjoy both benefits.

This exclusive offering is designed to elevate the overall travel experience for Club Vistara members. Activation of the service requires members to ensure their contact numbers and email addresses are verified in their Club Vistara account, and their Club Vistara ID is added to the booking either during check-in or before boarding the flight. Members enrolling after booking or at the airport can associate their CV ID with their booking by providing their ticket number/PNR. This service is accessible to members on a single device.
