Bharat Gathbandhan, a coalition of over 50 political parties, launched its campaign for the 2025 Delhi State Elections, promising to deliver transparent governance and addressing alleged corruption by AAP, BJP, and Congress.

The coalition announced candidates for over 50 constituencies at a press conference held at the Delhi Press Club. With a focus on clean governance and addressing public grievances, Bharat Gathbandhan is positioning itself as a credible alternative to the established parties.

Candidates and Vision

Sardar Inder Preet Singh, National President of the National Lok Kalyan Party and candidate from Rajinder Nagar, declared, “This election is about reclaiming Delhi’s future. Bharat Gathbandhan is the true voice of the people, exposing the broken promises of AAP, BJP, and Congress.”

Dr. Sudhir Agrawal, the alliance’s founder, described Bharat Gathbandhan as a movement for democracy and accountability, adding, “Our candidates are committed to public welfare and building a brighter future for Delhi.”

Aman Bandvi, General Secretary of NLKP, emphasized the importance of voter engagement, highlighting the forthcoming People’s Manifesto, which will offer practical solutions to Delhi’s pressing issues.

Election Strategy

Bharat Gathbandhan shared its multi-faceted strategy to connect with voters:

  1. People’s Manifesto: Set to release on January 22, 2025, focusing on healthcare, education, infrastructure, and unemployment.
  2. Engagement Programs: Roadshows, civic discussions, and Dharm Samvaads will cover all 70 constituencies.
  3. Key Battles: A special focus on challenging Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the New Delhi constituency.

Diverse Coalition

The alliance unites over 50 political parties, including the Swabhiman Party, Nyay Party, National Lok Kalyan Party, Delhi Janata Party, Samagra Vikas Party, and Sarv Hit Samaj Seva Party. This coalition aims to offer a united front against alleged inefficiency and corruption by AAP, BJP, and Congress.

Criticism of Established Parties

Bharat Gathbandhan accused AAP, BJP, and Congress of prioritizing political gains over public welfare. Ram Nagina Singh, Convenor of Jan Andolan, stated, “We will ensure grassroots mobilization and that people’s voices drive governance and policy decisions.”
