International FDP on “Empowering Research with AI Tools and Techniques” Successfully Held from February 22-28, 2025

The Management Education and Research Institute (MERI), Delhi, through its Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), successfully conducted an International Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Empowering Research with AI Tools and Techniques” from February 22-28, 2025. The program focused on equipping educators with cutting-edge AI tools for research and teaching, enhancing their ability to integrate artificial intelligence into academic methodologies.

Key Highlights of the FDP

The FDP was inaugurated by Prof. Bharat Bhargava (Purdue University, USA), who shared deep insights into AI’s transformative impact on education and research. Distinguished guests included:

Prof. Lalit Aggarwal emphasized the need for educators to stay updated with AI-driven advancements, while Prof. Bhargava discussed how AI personalizes learning experiences and streamlines administrative tasks, fostering engaging discussions.
