Motorola has introduced the all-new Motorola Edge 40 Neo, a mid-range smartphone now available in India, featuring a MediaTek CPU and a remarkable 144Hz refresh rate.

This slimmer sibling to the previously released Motorola Edge 40, unveiled earlier this year, boasts a 6.55-inch pOLED display that supports an impressive 10-bit billion colors and a rapid 144Hz refresh rate, with a maximum display brightness of 1,300 nits.

Powering the Edge 40 Neo is a robust 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7030 processor, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and a spacious 256GB of internal storage. This smartphone comes pre-installed with Android 13 and offers a commitment to two OS upgrades and three years of security updates. Keeping the device running is a substantial 5,000mAh battery, which can be swiftly charged with the included 68W charger.

In the imaging department, the Edge 40 Neo features a 13MP ultrawide lens and a high-resolution 50MP primary sensor on its rear, while a 32MP front-facing camera handles selfies and video calls. Motorola has also equipped this smartphone with IP68 certification, ensuring underwater protection for up to 30 minutes at depths of 1.5 meters in freshwater.

For those with a penchant for stylish devices, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo offers a choice of colors, including Black Beauty, Soothing Sea, and Caneel Bay, all Pantone-validated. The 8GB/128GB model is priced at a competitive starting point of ₹23,999, while the more capacious 12GB/256GB variant is available for ₹25,999.

Motorola is rolling out special launch prices at ₹20,999 and ₹22,999, respectively. Starting from September 28th, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo will be accessible through Motorola’s official channels, Flipkart, and other esteemed retail outlets, including Reliance Digital.
