Speaking at the launch, Singh said the canteen is more than just a place to eat—it is an initiative to preserve and promote Bihar’s culinary traditions while introducing the state’s rich food culture to a wider audience.

The canteen serves an extensive selection of authentic Bihari dishes, including Litti Chokha, Sattu-based recipes, Kadhi Bhat, Dal Bhat, seasonal vegetables, and several classic regional preparations.
