Ramalaya Foundation celebrates ‘Eternal Krishna’ with leaders and spiritual voices in New Delhi
Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat leads cultural dialogue; Meenakshi Lekhi, Durga Shankar Mishra and Prashant Kumar celebrate Krishna’s timeless message

New Delhi: Ramalaya Foundation organized a grand cultural evening titled “Eternal Krishna: Dharma, Devotion and Destiny in a Rising World” at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi. The event brought together leaders, thinkers, and spiritual figures to reflect on the timeless relevance of Lord Krishna’s teachings.

Union Minister of Culture and Tourism Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Former Minister of State for External Affairs Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi and former Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Shri Durga Shankar Mishra joined as Guests of Honour, while Yogi Prabhu Anupam Das Ji enriched the evening with his spiritual discourse.
In his keynote, Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said, “Lord Krishna embodies compassion, courage, and righteousness. His teachings in the Bhagavad Gita remain as relevant today as ever. It is a blessed coincidence that on the birth anniversary of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji—whose leadership is rooted in service and cultural pride—we deliberate on these eternal truths.” He also formally dedicated the ‘Sri Krishna Leela Collection’, a unique offering that celebrates Krishna’s divine pastimes through fragrance, art, and devotion.
Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi highlighted the deeper essence of spirituality, remarking that Krishna’s leelas are not just stories but guiding principles that inspire courage, love, and higher purpose. She added that Ramalaya Foundation’s initiative reflects the Prime Minister’s vision of presenting India’s cultural identity on the global stage.
Shri Durga Shankar Mishra emphasized that true progress comes from blending modern aspirations with civilizational strength. “Initiatives like this keep us firmly rooted in dharma even as we move ahead on the path of development,” he said.
Founder of Ramalaya Foundation, Shri Prashant Kumar, traced the journey of the organization, recalling its inception in 2019 as a humble offering to Lord Ram. Today, it has evolved into a cultural movement aimed at connecting people with India’s spiritual heritage and making devotion a part of daily life.
The evening concluded with soulful musical performances and a collective pledge to carry forward India’s spiritual and cultural legacy for generations to come.
