Kesari Chapter 2 is based on the life of C. Sankaran Nair, a prominent lawyer and former President of the Indian National Congress. The film delves into his relentless fight to uncover the truth behind the Jallianwala Bagh massacre, one of the darkest chapters in Indian history.
