Rajasthan Pavilion got bronze medal

The 42nd International Trade Fair organized at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, formally concluded today. In the felicitation ceremony organized on the occasion of the closing ceremony, Rajasthan received a bronze medal for its excellent performance. This award was given on behalf of Rajasthan by Dinesh Sethi, Pavilion Director, I.T. .P.O. Received from CMD Shri Pradeep Kharola.

This international fair was widely participated by all the states across the country, central government departments, other countries, renowned private sector companies etc. This year the Rajasthan Pavilion was given a new look in which the state’s art, culture, handicrafts, tourism etc. And a unique demonstration of industrialization was done.

Rajsico Managing Director Dr. Manisha Arora said that this year the achievements of the state in industrialization, export, use of green energy, employment generation, women empowerment, millets production etc. were presented before the visitors coming from the country and abroad. Told that it is a matter of pride for the entire state for the state pavilion to get the award in the fair. To promote the handicrafts of the state, the handicraftsmen were given space at concessional rates and a lively display of handicrafts was organized. Electric scooters and wind mills were displayed in the pavilion. The models were a special attraction.

Pavilion Director Mr. Dinesh Sethi said that this exhibition provides international level exposure and far-reaching business opportunities to the artisans and small entrepreneurs of the state. In the felicitation ceremony, Information and Public Relations Officer of Rajasthan Government Shivram Meena, Pavilion Curator Mr. R.G. Ghai were present. Were also present.
