Patna: The Bihar Museum in Patna has emerged as a major destination for exploring Bihar’s rich history, culture and artistic traditions. Its modern design, interactive galleries and diverse collections attract visitors from India and abroad while offering an engaging look at the state’s heritage.
Over the years, several prominent figures have visited the museum and praised its efforts to preserve Bihar’s cultural legacy. Singer and songwriter Sona Mohapatra was among the recent visitors to appreciate the institution. Exhibitions highlighting Mithila art and Indian folk traditions showcased the richness of Bihar’s creative heritage. Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary emphasised the need to take Bihar’s cultural heritage, art and knowledge traditions to people across India and the world.
