New Delhi: VSERV Infosystems has completed a decade in India’s IT and digital services industry. The company celebrated its 10th Foundation Day in New Delhi on Monday and launched its indigenous AI-powered IT Service Management platform, Bharat Service Desk.
More than 500 representatives from government, public sector, banking, corporate and technology sectors attended the event.
Former Prasar Bharati Chairman Shri Navneet Sehgal congratulated VSERV on its 10-year journey. He appreciated the company’s technology initiatives and highlighted the role of Indian companies in building the country’s digital capabilities.
Shri Sunil Kumar Sharma, Cabinet Minister for Information Technology, Government of Uttar Pradesh, described Bharat Service Desk as a step towards greater technological self-reliance. He also praised VSERV’s efforts under CEO Shri Sajid Ahmed and COO Shri Raman Shukla.
Shri Avanish Kumar Awasthi, Senior Advisor to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and senior IAS officer, highlighted VSERV’s growth from Noida to a company with operations in India and overseas. He called the Bharat Service Desk launch a key milestone in the company’s growth.

VSERV has expanded its operations across 23 Indian states and four countries over the past decade. Its portfolio includes IT services, digital transformation and enterprise technology solutions.
The company has also established partnerships across industries and institutions to improve the delivery and accessibility of digital technology.
The event was attended by corporate, banking and technology leaders, including CP Gurnani, Smt. Shalini Singh, President, NCF, Shri Hemant Verma, CVO, Punjab & Sind Bank, and Shri Prabas Bose, CGM, SBI Delhi.
Senior professionals from Kyndryl, Oracle, LG, EPFO and GST also attended the celebration. Representatives from Sify, a key VSERV technology partner, participated in the event and highlighted the importance of collaboration.
Bharat Service Desk Marks New AI Push
VSERV has identified Bharat Service Desk as a key technology initiative for its next decade. The AI-enabled ITSM platform is designed to help organisations manage IT services, complaints, requests, service monitoring and support.
The company developed the platform with a focus on Indian requirements and operational practices. It aims to use AI to improve service management, speed up issue resolution and bring greater transparency to support processes.
The 10th Foundation Day celebration therefore marked both a milestone and a new beginning for VSERV. The company plans to build its next phase around AI, indigenous technology, digital transformation and strategic partnerships.
