New Delhi event brings Ayurveda, modern medicine and wellness experts together to discuss preventive healthcare and everyday wellbeing
New Delhi: Kaayu Rituals marked six months of its journey with an expert-led wellness event at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi. The event opened conversations around preventive healthcare, sexual health, fertility, vitality, lung health and everyday wellness.
Healthcare professionals, wellness experts and industry stakeholders attended the gathering and discussed the changing needs of modern health and wellbeing.
Shri Prataprao Ganpatrao Jadhav, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Ministry of Ayush, and Minister of State, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, joined the programme digitally. The Ministry of Ayush identifies Jadhav as the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Ayush and Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare.
Jadhav acknowledged the initiative and its focus on preventive wellness. The event brought together perspectives from Ayurveda, modern medicine and contemporary wellness.
Kaayu Rituals Marks a New Chapter
The six-month milestone also gave Kaayu Rituals an opportunity to outline its expansion plans.
The company announced new wellness categories covering sexual health, fertility, vitality and lung health. Kaayu Rituals said the move reflects its broader effort to encourage preventive wellness and make health awareness part of everyday routines.
Preeti Choudhary, Founder and CEO of Kaayu Rituals, said the brand has grown from an idea into a community within six months.

The event featured a session titled “Kaayu Rituals: Behind the Brand”, with Preeti Choudhary, Puneet Mittal, Chief Sales Officer, and Umesh Arora, Head of R&D, COSMOS.
The session explored how the company approaches formulation, research and development, manufacturing, quality control and product development.
Kaayu Rituals currently offers products across inner wellness, hair care, skincare and herbal tea categories.
Sexual Health Takes Centre Stage
“Sexual Health in India” formed one of the key discussions at the event.
Dr. Jagriti and Dr. Abishes Saha discussed sexual health, fertility, vitality and preventive care. The panel called for more informed conversations around sexual wellbeing and highlighted the importance of awareness and prevention.
The discussion also connected sexual health with the broader concept of overall wellbeing.
Ayurveda in the Modern Lifestyle
Another key discussion, “Ayurveda, Modern Medicine & Today’s Lifestyle”, featured Dr. Tanu and Dr. Akshara Arora.
The experts examined how principles such as balance, routine and prevention remain relevant in modern lifestyles. They also discussed the role of modern medicine and evidence-based healthcare in contemporary wellness conversations.
