“Wisdom: The Design Era – Fashion Week,” organised by Wisdom College for Creativity & Design, concluded on a high note at Golden Dreams, Sector 51, Noida, emerging as a vibrant celebration of student creativity, innovation, and industry-ready learning.
The event served as a dynamic platform where students presented original designer collections on the runway, drawing inspiration from cities such as Kolkata, Chennai, Ghaziabad, and Lucknow. Each collection reflected a strong design narrative, refined craftsmanship, and a contemporary aesthetic, showcasing the evolving creative vision of young designers.
The fashion week was inaugurated by Chief Guest Shri Rakesh Mishra, Chairman of M.R. Group of Companies and President of the Ghaziabad Cricket Association, who appreciated the institution’s role in nurturing creative talent and aligning education with industry expectations.
The ramp showcases were directed by Show Directors Sham Khan and Khizar Hussain, whose professional guidance, industry exposure, and mentorship added finesse and confidence to the student presentations, elevating the overall quality of the show.
Adding further depth to the event were special designer showcases by Kingshuk Bhaduri, Prince Lahot, Sangeeta Kumari, Ashfaque Ahmad, and Gagan Kumar. Their participation provided students with valuable insights into professional standards and real-world practices within the fashion and creative industries.
Beyond fashion, “Wisdom: The Design Era” also spotlighted excellence in Interior Design, Graphic Design, and Data Science & Artificial Intelligence. This multidisciplinary showcase underlined the college’s future-focused approach, where creativity intersects with technology and innovation.
The event was efficiently managed by the management team led by Mrs. Puja Agarwal, while the overall execution was carried out under the guidance of organiser Dr. Alam Sageer, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for participants, designers, and guests alike.
