Build Bharat Expo 2025 Concludes with Global Participation and ₹1,000+ Crore Business Deals; Plans for 2026 Announced

The Build Bharat Expo 2025, a three-day industrial exhibition organized by the Indian Industries Association (IIA) from March 19 to 21, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, concluded on a high note. The closing ceremony was graced by Dr. Sanjay Mayukh, National Media Co-Head, Spokesperson, and Chief Whip of Vidhan Parishad Dal, BJP, as the distinguished guest.
In his address, Dr. Sanjay Mayukh commended Indian entrepreneurs, describing them as “Karmayogis” and emphasizing the government’s commitment to empowering businesses. He acknowledged Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s efforts in fostering entrepreneurship and highlighted the significance of innovation, self-reliance, and international expansion for Indian industries.
“Build Bharat Expo plays a crucial role in positioning India as a global industrial hub. The participation of MSMEs and international trade collaborations showcase the immense potential of our business ecosystem. With the right vision and government backing, Indian enterprises can make a significant global impact,” he stated.
Key Highlights of Build Bharat Expo 2025
- 151 companies exhibited their products, engaging in B2B meetings with diplomats and trade representatives from 28 countries to explore export opportunities, joint ventures, and business expansions.
- IIA National President Shri Neeraj Singhal expressed gratitude to the exhibitors and announced that Build Bharat Expo 2026 will be held from March 23 to 25, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, Hall No. 06, New Delhi. Following the announcement, 40+ companies confirmed their participation and secured advance bookings.
- Senior Vice President Shri Dinesh Goyal highlighted the expo’s success, stating that the event solidified its reputation as a premier industrial exhibition, featuring 151 stalls showcasing cutting-edge technologies and innovations.
- Diplomats and trade representatives from 28 nations, including Austria, Malaysia, Israel, Russia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Mauritius, Egypt, Fiji, Ethiopia, Ghana, Suriname, Iceland, South Korea, Costa Rica, and Morocco, engaged in business discussions, leading to major trade agreements.
Over 2,000 attendees participated in expert-led seminars on crucial topics such as industrial development, infrastructure growth, sustainable design, environmental protection, green energy, AI-driven manufacturing, and MSME financing through SIDBI.
The event recorded a footfall of over 5,000 visitors, including 50+ industry leaders, architects, builders, engineers, and government officials. It also facilitated high-value business agreements exceeding ₹1,000 crore, further strengthening trade, economic, and technological partnerships on an international scale.
A Step Towards a Stronger MSME Ecosystem
The expo significantly benefited India’s infrastructure and construction sector, particularly MSMEs, by providing a global platform for business expansion and networking.
At the closing ceremony, IIA General Secretary Shri Alok Agrawal thanked all exhibitors and dignitaries, emphasizing the importance of collaborative efforts in making the next edition even more successful.
Dr. Mamtamayi Priyadarshini, Chairperson of IIA Delhi, praised the overwhelming response and global engagement at the expo.
