To mark the 17th death anniversary of Late Shri Ram Babu Sharma, Former DPPC President, a free Eye Camp will be organised on January 28, 2026 (Wednesday) . Late Shri Ram Babu Sharma was a devoted follower of Sai Baba and a committed social worker. The programme will take place at Shri Sai Sharanam Temple, Kabool Nagar, Shahdara, in his revered memory.
As part of the tribute, floral offerings will be made at 10:00 AM, followed by the distribution of Sai Prasad at 12:00 noon, reflecting his spiritual values and lifelong dedication to community welfare.
Continuing his legacy of service, Jai Mata Charitable Trust will organise a free eye check-up camp on the same day. The camp will provide complimentary eye examinations, free spectacles, and free cataract surgeries for patients in need, ensuring accessible eye care for all sections of society.
The health camp will be conducted in collaboration with Max Super Speciality Hospital and will also offer ECG, blood sugar testing, blood pressure monitoring, BMD (Bone Mineral Density) tests, along with physician consultations. Registration for the camp will be open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
Late Shri Ram Babu Sharma Ji will always be remembered for his unwavering social commitment, deep spiritual faith, and selfless service to the community. The programme will be attended by his family members, including Mrs. Shobha Sharma (wife), Mr. Vipin Sharma (former MLA, son), Mr. Paras Sharma (son), and Ms. Payal Sharma (daughter), along with members of the Sai family, trustees, and several prominent citizens from the area.
