Dr. K.A. Paul Writes to CJI, Prime Minister and Home Minister, Demanding CBI Inquiry into Andhra Pradesh Judicial Allegations

Appeal to India’s top leadership calls for constitutional accountability, rule of law, and urgent intervention in alleged Andhra judicial corruption.

New Delhi: The globally renowned evangelist and humanitarian Dr. K.A. Paul, who founded several charitable organizations, has sent letters to Chief Justice Justice Surya Kant, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, seeking prompt intervention into alleged judicial corruption in Andhra Pradesh and requesting a CBI inquiry.

Expressing gratitude to the Supreme Court for its recent directions after his arguments on online gaming and betting apps, Dr. Paul said he retains full faith in the Indian judiciary and is seeking justice for his charitable institutions Gospel to the Unreached Millions and the Ancient Patent Pentecostal Church.

He noted that although the Supreme Court 14 had on 29th May set aside a previous order against him, subsequent rulings concerning his societies and charitable properties.

Dr. Paul urged the Chief Justice of India to direct a CBI investigation and ensure that justice is delivered in line with the Constitution and the rule of law.

“If justice is not done to me and my charitable institutions, how can ordinary crores of Indians expect justice?” Dr. Paul said.

In his appeal to the Prime Minister and Home Minister, Dr. Paul called for decisive action against what he termed “Andhra corruption,” alleging C M C. B.N, son Lokesh and Dy C M Pawan Kalyan and another political leader have attempted to silence him.

He further announced that should justice not be delivered, he intends to begin a peaceful global hunger strike outside the Indian Embassy in Washington, D.C., after securing the necessary permissions and locations worldwide .

Dr. Paul appealed to citizens to share his message and said he would continue his fight for justice until his concerns are addressed.
