New Delhi: Dr. Bhargav Mallappa, National Chairman and Founder of the Akhila Sevak Samaj Council (ASSC), held a cordial courtesy meeting with Dr. Dinesh Sharma, Rajya Sabha MP representing Uttar Pradesh and former Deputy Chief Minister of the state, in New Delhi.
